Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We currently ship within Canada.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

British Columbia: 1–3 business days
Other Canadian Provinces: 3–7 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and weather conditions.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on orders over CAD $100 (before taxes), unless otherwise stated.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control. While we will gladly assist you in tracking your shipment, Malwa Thread is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can assist you promptly.
