If you receive the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, exchanges are accepted within 2 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unused and in its original condition.
The original packaging is included.
Proof of purchase is provided.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the incorrect item was sent by Malwa Thread.

Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or custom-cut (such as laces sold by the meter) are not eligible for exchange.
